Jarrod Bowen has committed his future to West Ham United by signing a revised contract with the club.
West Ham's relegation from thePremier League had cast doubt on Bowen's future, with a number of teams interested in signing the England international.
The Hammers had been desperate to retain Bowen to aid their promotion challenge, and the 29-year-old's decision to recommit his future is a massive boost to Nuno Espirito Santo's side.
According toThe Athletic, the deal does not extend Bowen's current contract past 2031, but ensures he will remain with the East Londoners for the forthcoming campaign.
Bowen scored nine times and provided 11 assists in the Premier League last season, but was unable to keep the Irons in the top division.
Chelsea, Everton and Aston Villa had all monitored his situation this summer, though his new deal ensures he will help rebuild with West Ham next season. Bowen is settled in the capital with his young family and will form part of West Ham's first second-tier season in 14 years.
His decision aids a West Ham side that has already lost Mateus Fernandes to Tottenham Hotspur for a fee of £85m. Crysencio Summerville, El Hadji Malick Diouf, Taty Castellanos and Konstantinos Mavropanos are among those also attracting transfer interest.
Bowen has scored 85 goals and provided 63 assists in 280 appearances for West Ham, alongside winning 22 caps for England.
