As reported by L'Équipe, Barcelona president Joan Laporta, speaking in Dallas on Monday, said he has not been directly informed of Paris Saint-Germain interest in Ferran Torres. He is in the United States to attend Spain versus France in the World Cup semi-final on Tuesday at 21:00.
Laporta moved to cool speculation around the 26-year-old forward’s future. He said the club had received no signal of a Paris approach.

“I have heard about it, but we do not have confirmation. He is a Barcelona player,” Laporta said.
His comments come amid links to PSG, with Torres highly rated by Luis Enrique.
Laporta instead highlighted Torres’s displays with Spain at this World Cup, saying he has been dangerous whenever introduced and noting his assist for Mikel Merino against Portugal.
