Joan Laporta was re-elected as Barcelona president on Sunday, securing a wide lead to begin a second consecutive five-year term.
According to L'Équipe, he defeated Victor Font, the only other candidate, and was on nearly 70% of the vote with three quarters of ballots counted.
In all, 48,000 socios voted.
Members from across the club also took part, including Hansi Flick and Aitana Bonmati, the 2025 Ballon d'Or.
No sweeping measures were promised during his campaign, and major changes at the top are not expected.
Since returning in 2021 for a second spell, following his 2003-10 tenure, Barcelona have won two Liga titles.
