The reality of Marc Casado’s situation at FC Barcelona is hardly an ideal one for him. Despite his commitment to staying at the club and fighting for minutes, his prominence this season has been quite limited due to competition.

However, his quality continues to be noticed by other clubs willing to potentially give him more opportunities. In fact, according to Fichajes, Juventus now seem to be quite interested in acquiring his services next summer.

The Italian side seems to believe that Casado could be an important acquisition, considering his technical quality and the versatility he would provide in terms of adapting to the Serie A side’s system.

As for FC Barcelona, they could reportedly be open to letting go of Casado if the right offer arrives. Their reported asking price for the player is close to €30 million, but Fichajes claims that an offer closer to €25 million could also potentially help materialise a move.

Interestingly, Chelsea also came looking to sign Fermin Lopez during the summer, another talented young Barcelona midfielder. Ultimately, however, he ended up staying, and Casado realistically seems to be just as committed to the club as well.
