Kenan Yildiz starts for Juventus after signing a new contract, hoping to mark it in attack with Jonathan David, while Lazio begin with Daniel Maldini and the returning Nuno Tavares.
Kick-off is at the Allianz Juventus Stadium in Turin at 19.45 GMT (20.45 CET). According to Football Italia, the official line-ups confirm those selections.
Juventus had been in fine form before a 3-0 Coppa Italia quarter-final loss to Atalanta on Thursday. Yildiz comes back from muscular issues to support centre-forward David.
Weston McKennie is chosen ahead of Francisco Conceicao, Fabio Miretti and January arrival Jeremie Boga. Dusan Vlahovic and Arek Milik remain long-term absentees, and Teun Koopmeiners moves back into defence after a stint in midfield.
Lazio have more problems to juggle after a chaotic 3-2 win over Genoa. Luca Pellegrini is suspended, while Mattia Zaccagni, Manuel Lazzari and Samuel Gigot are injured. Alessio Romagnoli is available again after an unsuccessful January switch to Al-Sadd, but he is named on the bench.
New signing Maldini starts in attack with veteran Pedro preferred to Petar Ratkov, Tijjani Noslin and Boulaye Dia.
Juventus XI: Di Gregorio, Kalulu, Bremer, Koopmeiners, Cabal, Locatelli, Thuram, Cambiaso, McKennie, Yildiz, David.
Lazio XI: Provedel, Marusic, Gila, Provstgaard, Nuno Tavares, Basic, Cataldi, Taylor, Isaksen, Maldini, Pedro.
