Lecce have confirmed that 17-year-old Milan and Italy talent Francesco Camarda is on the ground and ready to complete a medical ahead of his summer move from the Rossoneri.
Camarda, the youngest ever player to feature in Serie A, is joining Lecce on loan with an option to buy with a buy-back clause in favour of his current club, Milan, Football Italia understands.
Lecce have confirmed on Sunday that the player has arrived in the city and that he will undergo a medical test at the club’s affiliated medical facility on Monday, coinciding with the start of pre-season training.

Milan’s hope is that the teenage sensation, who netted 485 goals in 89 matches for the club’s youth teams, will earn more consistent playing time in Serie A during his loan spell.
Other clubs in Italy, including Spezia, had stepped forwards with loan proposals, but the promise of regular first-team action in the top flight is what has sealed the deal for Lecce.
