Every month, the UNFP organizes the election for the best player in Ligue 1. For November 2025, no player from Paris Saint-Germain is in the final. The competition is between Mason Greenwood (24-year-old attacking midfielder from Olympique de Marseille), Florian Thauvin (32-year-old forward from RC Lens), and Valentin Rongier (31-year-old midfielder from Stade Rennais).

There is no big surprise here, PSG lacked consistency in November both individually and collectively. Even though Vitinha (25-year-old midfielder) often performed well. But other teams have made a stronger impression, with standout individuals. With Lens taking the top spot and its offensive importance, Thauvin seems to be the favorite. However, it's far from a done deal.
