Paris Saint-Germain defender Lucas Hernandez faces a complaint alleging human trafficking and undeclared work, filed recently with the Versailles prosecutor’s office, Paris Match reports.
A Colombian family, two parents and their three children, is said to have brought the case. They claim to have worked for the 2018 World Cup winner and his future wife, Victoria Tray, between September 2024 and November 2025 in roles including cleaning, caretaking, security, cooking and childcare.
The report said there were no formal declarations of employment. Without payslips, wages of 500 to 3,000 euros were allegedly paid in cash for weeks ranging between 72 and 84 hours.
The family’s lawyer, Me Lola Dubois, argues the household had been deprived of its rights and characterises the alleged conduct as close to modern slavery.
The player’s agent, Frank Hocquemiller, said Hernandez and his partner were taken aback and unaware of the complaint.
