According to Sky Sports, Manchester City have verbally indicated a willingness to bid for RB Leipzig’s Yan Diomande, are monitoring the situation, and have given a clear verbal commitment to send an initial €100m offer after several talks between the clubs.
Leipzig have already rejected €100m proposals from Liverpool and Real Madrid.

As it stands, PSG have not yet submitted an offer. Arsenal are also thought to be interested in the 19-year-old winger.
Diomande scored 13 Bundesliga goals in his debut season after a €20 million move from CD Leganés.
He featured in all four matches for Côte d'Ivoire at the World Cup, as the Elephants reached the knockout stages for the first time in their history.
