The Women's First Team is the result of a solid professional career, while the youth sector allows girls and young women to grow in a high-quality environment, through training that extends beyond the playing field. The performances of the First Team and the progress of the youth teams confirm the strength of a model designed to generate and nurture the talents of the future.

Off the pitch, Juventus has built a fair and open environment, which has led to it being the first Italian club to obtain the UNI/PdR 125:2022 certificate on gender equality. In particular, innovative practices in HR, work-life balance, skills development and parenting were positively evaluated. This certification is primarily the result of the People First model, which lays the foundation for clear governance, shared responsibilities, and continuous measurement: all elements that can guide decision-making processes, identify new development opportunities, and strengthen internal culture.

Furthermore, Juventus also offers local initiatives to engage and raise awareness among local communities, for example, participating with its own team in the JUST THE WOMAN I AM solidarity run-walk, in support of university cancer research. In the latest edition, over 80 people, including employees, Juventus Business Club members, and fans, took part in the event, demonstrating their commitment and attention to the issue.
