Leeds United return to Premier League action following the international break this weekend as Aston Villa come to Elland Road on Sunday.

After a disappointing result at Nottingham Forest last time out, Daniel Farke’s side will be looking to get back to winning ways in West Yorkshire.

Ahead of the clash, Noah Okafor believes that the Whites can hit the ground running in the challenging fixture.

“I think we are really ready,” the 25-year-old told leedsunited.com. “The coach is preparing us well this week. I know it is not so easy after two losses but we must play with full confidence.

“We need to be a little bit more aware or awake in a few moments. As a team, we must defend together and we must go on offense together, use our weapons.

“In this league, the best league in the world, small details, when you are not 100 per cent ready for five seconds, these things can kill a game.

“We have to go with full energy from the first second and take the fans with us. In the end, whoever wins more duels will win the game. And for me, I think if we are sharp from the first second, we can win this at home.

“We are playing at Elland Road, that is our home, and we have a good team, a good squad.

“Every game we need to give 110 per cent, and then for sure the points will come and the wins will be awesome.”
