Beyond the R$ 820.791 investment, a further R$ 26.160 was negotiated, taking total player acquisitions to R$ 846.951. The club assessed the carrying values of its intangible assets and said they were below market value, so no impairment was recognised as of 31 December 2025.

Much of Palmeiras' spending and outgoing transfers are settled in instalments. The report also lists 2025 obligations to foreign entities for economic rights purchases and associated commissions.

The 2024 column in the schedules reflects year-end liabilities. For example, the Facundo acquisition stood at R$ 67 million at end 2024, falling to R$ 42 million by end 2025 as instalments were paid.

Over the 12 months, revenue was budgeted at R$ 1.038 billion and came in at R$ 1.628 billion. Expenses were budgeted at R$ 980.181 million and realised at R$ 1.246 billion. The budget targeted a R$ 12.495 million surplus, with the actual surplus at R$ 292.395 million.
