The return of Dujon Sterling could not have come at a better time for Rangers. While he is not the solution to the Barry problem of having a number 6, but does play in that position in midfield, nevertheless, Sterling is the kind of power and quality Rangers have badly needed. He has been spoken about by Chelsea fans, who look and see how he’s doing at Rangers, him being a former player at Stamford Bridge, of course, and they can’t quite understand why they let him go. There are Chelsea fan articles on this. Sterling, when he’s been in the right position, has really shone for Rangers. Because he’s one of the very few players at Rangers that Ibrox Noise actually outright completely endorses, and sees as good enough.

He realised quickly what a talent he actually had, even if the boy was injured a bit too much.

Fans Welcome His Return

So, his return comes as a relief to Rangers fans, who are full of warm words for the English lad. He still has yet to properly enforce himself on the Rangers team and get a true run going. Once he does, he’ll be a big, strong enforcer for Rangers, whether he plays at right back, central defence, or midfield. But the boy can clearly play.
