Serie A giants Inter Milan have reportedly joined Juventus in the race to sign Al-Ahli midfielder Franck Kessie.
According to FCInter1908, the Ivory Coast international could return to Serie A at the end of the season.
Despite signing Petar Sucic last summer, the Nerazzurri remain in the market for further midfield reinforcements.
Indeed, veteran star Henrikh Mkhitaryan is likely to leave the club in the summer, which would leave a substantial gap in the engine room.
Meanwhile, Inter have been keeping close tabs on Roma talisman Manu Kone for months, identifying him as a potential key target.

Kone would probably cost a fortune, while Roma have shown little interest in selling the Frenchman.
Therefore, Inter are assessing other options.
Kessie could be a decent coup for the San Siro giants, as the 29-year-old looks to leave Saudi Arabia after three years.
Furthermore, he boasts a wealth of experience in Serie A, having spent four years at Atalanta before moving to AC Milan in 2019.
During his three-year stint at the Rossoneri, Kessie won the Scudetto in 2021/22, captaining his side to their first league title in a decade.
However, his return to Serie A will only be possible at the end of the season.
