Gian Piero Gasperini has coveted him, and now the right-footed attacking winger is closer than ever.
Bryan Zaragoza has already agreed personal terms with Roma.
In the last few hours – according to La Gazzetta dello Sport – the Roman club has submitted a loan offer with an option to buy set at €13 million to Bayern Munich, and has received a positive response.
So, if everything goes according to plan, only the bureaucratic details remain to finalize the Spaniard’s move to the Roman club.
The Giallorossi coach, however, wants another signing to feel completely satisfied.
According to the newspaper, a meeting between Gasp and Ryan Friedkin is scheduled for the next few hours at Trigoria.
The Giallorossi coach wants to add another attacking addition: Christopher Nkunku has been a target since last summer, and the manager will demand further effort, but regardless of Jean Philippe Mateta’s arrival in Milan, the costs are high.
The prospect of Kamaldeen Sulemana remains in the background. Negotiations between Fenerbahce and Atalanta for Ademola Lookman appear to have stalled, and the Ghanaian could return to the market.
Finally, the dream of Joshua Zirkzee remains alive. Manchester United have reportedly offered him to Roma, who are currently assessing whether they can secure Evan Ferguson, and are also reportedly offering the Red Devils a loan with an option to buy.
