Santos name 24-man squad for Recoleta tie, one to be cut | OneFootball

Santos have named a 24-man squad to face Recoleta of Paraguay on Tuesday at 21:30 at Vila Belmiro, in the second round of the Sudamericana. With only 23 permitted on the teamsheet, one player will be omitted.

According to Diario Do Peixe, the list comprises three goalkeepers, three centre-backs, three full-backs, eight midfielders and seven forwards.

Goalkeepers: Diógenes, João Pedro, Brazão. Centre-backs: Lucas Veríssimo, Luan Peres, Adonis Frías. Full-backs: Igor Vinicius, Escobar, Rafa Gonzaga.

Midfielders: Schmidt, Neymar, Arão, Oliva, Miguelito, Rollheiser, Bontempo, Gustavo Henrique.

Forwards: Robinho Jr, Gabigol, Rony, Thaciano, Lautaro Díaz, Moisés, Barreal. Right-back Mayke remains out as he continues recovery from a PRP procedure with corticosteroid on his knee, and Gabriel Menino is sidelined with a muscle injury in the back of his right thigh.
