Sevilla want to sign Borussia Dortmund forward in January | OneFootball

La Liga outfit Sevilla are eyeing a winter deal for Borussia Dortmund star Fábio Silva.

That’s according to Mundo Deportivo, citing Diario AS, who have confirmed the interest of the brass at The Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán in the Portuguese.

Frontman Silva is for his part in the midst of what has been a difficult season to date.

After making the move to Dortmund over the summer, the 23-year-old has struggled for game-time, to the tune of just five Bundesliga appearances.

And Sevilla, it would appear, are keen to take advantage of this situation.

Silva’s move to Dortmund came fresh off a fine season on loan in Spain, on the book of Las Palmas.

Sevilla, desperate for reinforcements up top with a view to the 2nd half of the campaign, are in turn evidently of the opinion that the attacker could reproduce such form in their own colours.

Nervionenses sporting director Antonio Cordón is therefore preparing a loan proposal for his signature.
