Southampton will host Arsenal this weekend in the quarter finals of the FA Cup
Southampton will return to action following the March international break with a major cup clash at home to Premier League leaders Arsenal.
The Saints have earned their place in the quarter-finals of the FA Cup for the first time since 2022, and are now just one win away from a trip to Wembley Stadium.
However, they will have to get by the current leaders of the top flight in Arsenal, who are still chasing the treble.
The Hampshire outfit will have one eye on the Championship action this Easter weekend, with rivals set to play twice while Tonda Eckert’s side faces the Gunners before a trip to take on Wrexham midweek in the league.
Southampton are in contention for promotion back to the Premier League, with the team eyeing a play-off place.
But here we look at the TV schedule and how to watch the club in their clash against Mikel Arteta’s side…

Southampton’s ambition for this season is to gain promotion to the Premier League, but they are now just two wins away from an FA Cup final.
The Saints have not reached that stage of the competition since 2003, where they lost to Arsenal in the Millennium Stadium.
Robert Pires’ first half strike was enough to secure the famous trophy for Arsene Wenger’s side on that day, but Eckert can now oversee some form of revenge over 20 years later.
The game will be broadcast on both the BBC and on TNT Sports on Saturday 4th April, with coverage on the national broadcaster set to get underway on BBC One at 7.30pm.
Meanwhile, TNT Sports’ coverage also begins at 7.30pm, or following the conclusion of Chelsea’s clash against Port Vale, whichever comes second.
The match can also be streamed through the BBC iPlayer or on HBO Max with a subscription to TNT Sports.
Southampton and Arsenal will have to win on the night, with no replays on offer for a draw, meaning extra time and penalties could also be needed.
The quarter-final stages will also see the use of VAR, which was introduced to this year’s edition of the FA Cup in the fifth round.

Southampton last faced Arsenal in the previous campaign, with the Saints losing 2-1 at St. Mary’s on the final day of the Premier League season.
Eckert’s side will be hoping to fare better against an injury-hit Gunners this weekend, with the two teams set to compete on Saturday in an 8pm kick-off.
A number of Arsenal players pulled out of international duty with injury issues, raising questions regarding the strength of Arteta’s team going into the weekend.
The Gunners are also nine points clear at the top of the Premier League table, as they look to clinch the title for the first time since 2004.
The London outfit are also preparing for the quarter-finals of the Champions League, with their first leg clash against Sporting Clube de Portugal set to take place on 7 April in an 8pm kick-off.
