Spurs will be under new management when they visit Sunderland at the Stadium of Light next month.
The club said in a statement that interim head coach Igor Tudor has left by mutual agreement, with Tomislav Rogic and Riccardo Ragnacci also departing. It noted Tudor’s recent bereavement and said an update on a replacement would follow.
Spurs are one point above the Premier League relegation zone and have yet to name a successor, though Sean Dyche and Roberto De Zerbi have been linked over the past week. Tudor did not win during his six weeks in charge. Sunderland are 13 points ahead.
Goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario is having hernia surgery during the break, creating doubt over his availability, though the pause could allow him to face Sunderland. If not, Antonín Kinský would make his first appearance since being taken off in the first half of the Champions League first-leg defeat to Atletico Madrid.
Mathys Tel is a minor doubt after going off in the Nottingham Forest defeat, though there has been no suggestion the issue is major.
Spurs hope Mohammed Kudus and Rodrigo Bentancur return from thigh injuries, though their readiness to start is unclear. James Maddison and Dejan Kulusevski are also hoped to feature before season’s end, though Sunderland may come too soon.
Ben Davies could return from an ankle injury. Wilson Odobert remains out with a long-term knee problem and Yves Bissouma is a doubt.
