Marmoush was at the heart of everything for his team going forward and you get the impression that his game and playing style will immediately slot into Pep Guardiola’s squad. The thought of the Egyptian international getting into some of the positions we saw Matheus Nunes, Savinho and Erling Haaland got themselves in last night is a tantalising one. Manchester City need another attacking weapon and that’s what Marmoush would be.

The quicker Manchester City can finalise a deal to sign Omar Marmoush the better. They are in desperate need of another quality attacking player and that’s what Marmoush is.
