The marquee clash for PSG after the international break is their UEFA Champions League match against Tottenham Hotspur, a rematch of the UEFA Super Cup in August when the Parisians came from behind to win.
The capital club will be missing several players from that encounter due to injury. Achraf Hakimi will be out for a few weeks following his Champions League injury against Bayern Munich.
While Hakimi’s absence was expected, other players will also be unavailable to manager Luis Enrique. Le Parisien reported that for PSG’s home match against Tottenham at the Parc des Princes on November 26, the outlook is negative for Nuno Mendes and Ousmane Dembélé.
“Upon further investigation, it appears the Spanish coach will modify the recovery process for injured players, making the comebacks of Dembélé and Mendes even more enigmatic and uncertain,” the outlet noted.

PSG aren’t the only team struggling with injuries ahead of their crucial Champions League clash with Tottenham. Spurs manager Thomas Frank faces another setback as midfielder Pape Matar Sarr has returned to London after suffering an injury on international duty.
Sarr was left out of Senegal’s matchday squad for Tuesday’s friendly against Kenya. The Spurs winger stayed in London following Saturday’s game against Brazil and did not join his teammates in Turkey.
“We left him in London,” Thiaw confirmed (h/t Football.London). “He took a knock. So we felt it would be difficult for him to recover in just two days. Since we were in his home city, we preferred to leave him at the disposal of his club so he could receive treatment there.”
