Roma is preparing a “restructuring” ahead of next season.
According to Calciomercato.it, the club is planning to change the flanks, with Zeki Celik and Kostas Tsimikas set to leave Trigoria on June 30th.
Sporting director Frederic Massara has begun exploring other options to provide the coach with alternatives on the flanks, and in this scenario, the Giallorossi have been offered Derrick Köhn, a left-back born in 1999 and currently playing for Union Berlin.
The Ghanaian player with a German passport recently stood out for his national team against Germany, providing the assist for their only goal.
The full-back also enjoyed an excellent season with Union Berlin: 25 appearances overall, one goal and one assist, with only four matches missed.
The move, however, promises to be a difficult one: the winger’s performances have also attracted the interest of Juventus and AC Milan, who are poised to make a move this summer.
