Villarreal’s depth is on show this season, with Villarreal B, Villarreal Femenino and Villarreal C all chasing promotion. El Periódico Mediterráneo highlights that three sides from the academy structure have reached the decisive stretch with genuine hopes intact.

Villarreal Femenino were relegated in 2024 and aim to return to Liga F, where they spent three straight seasons. Jordi Ferriols’ team sit sixth yet have already secured a play-off spot because Barça B and Real Madrid B cannot be promoted. They finish the league campaign against Alba Fundación and Real Madrid B before the decisive ties.

Villarreal C, a bridge between Juvenil A and Villarreal B, are flying in Tercera Federación. David Cifuentes’ side are fourth with 54 points and have their play-off push well on track.
