Werder Bremen have entered the race for Estoril midfielder Jordan Holsgrove, with four Championship clubs, including Charlton Athletic, also pursuing him, according to the Daily Telegraph.
A former Scotland under-21 international, Holsgrove has spent the past four seasons in Portugal’s top flight with Estoril. He previously had spells with Reading and Celta Vigo.

Transfermarkt values the 26-year-old at €5 million.
With no breakthrough in discussions with Al-Qadsiah over a permanent deal for Cameron Puertas, Bremen could now turn their attention to Holsgrove.
Holsgrove is under contract at Estoril until summer 2028. He has scored four goals in 83 appearances for the club.
