West Brom captain Jed Wallace and striker Daryl Dike will leave this summer at the end of their contracts, with offers tabled to Max O’Leary and Josh Maja and talks ongoing with Karlan Grant.

According to ExpressAndStar.com, back-up goalkeeper Joe Wildsmith will also depart after 20 appearances, the third of six out-of-contract seniors to move on.

Wallace, 32, made 150 appearances across four seasons after joining from Millwall in 2022. He captained Albion for much of his spell, but two calf injuries derailed his final campaign after a brief revival under James Morrison.

The 25-year-old American Dike, a £7m signing in January 2022, endured several serious setbacks, including two ruptured Achilles. He returned in the second half of this season to score twice in wins over Preston and Watford, and leaves with 11 goals in 66 games.

Maja, 27, arrived in 2023 and was 12-goal top scorer in 2024/25 despite missing the entire second half through injury. He added six this season. O’Leary, 29, impressed after a January move, keeping eight clean sheets, six consecutively, in 16 Championship outings.

Grant, 28, remains in dialogue over a possible extension but has not been offered terms. He joined in a £15m deal on a six-year contract and has 173 appearances and 35 goals.

Several academy players will also depart, while Ben Cisse, Akeel Higgins, Jamal Mohammed, Brian Okonkwo and Jaiden Francis-Caesar have been offered new deals. Options for Joe Wallis and Louis Brady have been triggered.
