With preparation completed and motivation at its peak, Chivas Femenil is already in Aguascalientes ahead of its Matchday 7 Clausura 2026 clash against Necaxa. The Guadalajara side currently sits third in the overall standings, but their ambitions are set on continuing to climb the table through strong performances.
The objective is clear, and with that in mind, head coach Antonio Contreras put together the list of 21 players called up to face the Aguascalientes-based side. There are several important updates compared to the previous match, which we detail below:
- Vanessa González received her first call-up of the tournament and could see minutes against the Centellas.
- Celeste Espino is in the readaptation phase of her recovery and will soon rejoin full team training.
- Casandra Montero is already training with the group, but is still not eligible to play in Thursday’s match.
- Jasmine Casarez entered the recovery stage after a muscle issue prior to the last match and will soon rejoin team activities.
- Natalia Villarreal is also continuing her rehabilitation after a meniscus injury to her right knee, which kept her out of consideration for this match against Necaxa.
