The Super Eagles’ training base in Cairo has welcomed another key addition, with FC Porto defender Zaidu Sanusi joining the squad. His arrival brings the total number of players on the ground to eleven, as the Nigerian national team continues its preparations for the upcoming Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco.

The team’s assembly is set for a significant boost in the coming days. According to official communications, a further contingent of twelve players is scheduled to join the camp on Monday, December 15th, as the training regimen intensifies ahead of the continental tournament.

Current Squad Members in Camp

The players currently present include Francis Izobo, Stanley Nwabali, Fisayo Dele-Bashiru, Akinsanmiro Ebenezer, Amas Obasogie, Semi Ajayi, Ademola Lookman, Bright Osayi-Samuel, Igho Ogbu, Tochukwu Nnadi, and the newly-arrived Zaidu Sanusi.
