Speculation around Yassine Bounou’s future at Al-Hilal has intensified, with the club considering removing the Morocco goalkeeper from their domestic squad list. According to Goal.com, they could instead turn to local keeper Mohammed Al-Owais.

Al-Hilal are pressing on with their summer business and have struck a deal with West Ham United for Dutch winger Summerville, with confirmation expected within 48 hours.

If Bounou is omitted from the domestic list, his involvement would be limited to the AFC Champions League Elite. The report adds that, should he refuse that role, he will be released on a permanent basis this summer.

Such a move would free a domestic slot for Summerville and other foreign players for the new season, leaving Bounou’s prospects uncertain.
