Clubs in Saudi Arabia are monitoring the situation surrounding Joao Felix this summer according to journalist Nizaar Kinsella.
Chelsea are once again set for a busy summer and have already completed the signing of Liam Delap, with more new faces expected to follow.
The Blues are in the market for a centre back, versatile forward and left winger as they look to strengthen Enzo Maresca’s squad ahead of the new season.
Whilst incomings are important, outgoings are equally crucial this summer, and Chelsea have as many as ten players they are looking to offload.
Despite only joining last summer from Atletico Madrid for £45m Felix falls into that category, and the 25-year-old spent the second half of the season on loan at AC Milan.

Milan made it very clear they wouldn’t be signing Felix on a permanent basis, and the Portugal international managed just three goals and one assist in 21 appearances in all competitions.
The Portuguese was left out of the Chelsea squad for the Club World Cup, and Felix has been linked with a return to former club Benfica.
Progress on a new club for Felix has been slow, but Kinsella in his piece for BBC Sport has reported clubs in Saudi Arabia are monitoring his availability.
It’s unclear how much Chelsea would want for Felix or whether they would accept a loan, but Saudi are likely to offer them the highest transfer fee.
Felix isn’t the only attacker heading for the Stamford Bridge exit door this summer, and it seems highly likely Christopher Nkunku will join him.

Bayern Munich were interested in January, and it’s been reported Manchester United also hold interest in Nkunku.
Nkunku is currently part of the Club World Cup squad, and played the full 90 minutes in the win against ES Tunis, although it’s hard to see him featuring on a regular basis in the knockout stages.
