Rafael Leao will lead the Milan attack in a Coppa Italia Round of 16 tie against Maurizio Sarri’s Lazio tonight.
It kicks off at 21:00 CET (20:00 GMT) at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome.
These two sides already met in a Serie A match last weekend, with the Rossoneri securing a 1-0 win at San Siro amid referee controversies.

This time around, Lazio will play at home, and Sarri is unlikely to rotate much, except for Christos Mandas, who is expected to start in goal, according to Sky Sport and other Italian media.
Left-back Nuno Tavares is expected to return to the starting XI, as is Valentin Castellanos in attack.
Milan coach Allegri is also unlikely to make many changes to the starting line-up that beat the Biancocelesti a few days ago.

This time around, however, Ruben Loftus-Cheek will start as an attacking midfielder instead of Christopher Nkunku, while Matteo Gabbia will rest, making room for Koni De Winter at the back.
Luka Modric will also start on the bench, so summer signing Ardon Jashari will start for the first time in a Rossoneri shirt.
The match is available on Premier Sports 1 in the UK and Ireland and on Paramount+ in the USA. Football Italia will provide live updates through a dedicated LIVEBLOG.
