Corinthians closed 2025 with a deficit of R$ 143.441 million and gross debt of R$ 2.723 billion, despite revenue 17% above budget and expenses 22% higher. According to Globo.com, the figures are from accounts presented by the Osmar Stabile administration.

The club posted operating profit of R$ 13.938 million, but a negative financial result produced the overall shortfall. The Copa do Brasil title lifted TV, prize money and gates, while also inflating bonuses and match operations.

TV rights reached R$ 413.574 million against R$ 332.543 million budgeted, with ticketing at R$ 118.597 million versus R$ 105.775 million. The run yielded R$ 97.792 million in Copa do Brasil prizes.

Operating costs totalled R$ 855.354 million against R$ 727.705 million planned. General and administrative spending was R$ 170.852 million, 54% above the R$ 111.015 million budget, reflecting settlement with Matías Rojas and R$ 112 million in civil contingencies.

Bonuses also weighed, with R$ 29.264 million still payable at 31 December 2025. Memphis Depay is cited with R$ 29 million in bonuses and related charges. Personnel costs reached R$ 571.179 million, 16% over plan.

Transfer income hit R$ 107.405 million, 21% above budget, led by the R$ 58 million sale of left back Denner to Chelsea. Kauê Furquim moved to Bahia for R$ 14 million, and Guilherme Biro joined a UAE club for US$ 2.5 million. The accounts go to the Deliberative Council next Monday.
