Corinthians confirm futsal pivot Fabinho for 2026 season | OneFootball

Corinthians have confirmed the signing of pivot Fabinho for the 2026 futsal season after announcing the deal on Tuesday afternoon. The club said in a social media post welcoming the player.

Fabinho finished 2025 as Praia Clube’s top scorer, registering 25 goals in 40 appearances. In 2024 he scored 23 in 47.

His arrival addresses a shortage in the position, with Rick currently the only specialist pivot in the squad.

This is the team’s first futsal signing of the year. Corinthians have had seven senior exits, including Marlon, Edimar, Igor Carioca, Luisinho and Luiz Brizzi, along with pivots Israel Neto and Deives. Academy players Hélio, Iván Monteros, Mineiro, Axel Muñoz, Andrey and Yann have also left Parque São Jorge.

A second addition is set to be announced in the coming days. Winger Kevin William, 23, has agreed a move from Ferroviária Pinda and is already training with the club.

Corinthians will compete in the Supercopa Gramado, the Liga Nacional de Futsal and the Copa LNF this season. The club are also bidding to host the Copa Libertadores. The first tournament begins in early March.
