Corinthians fans sign deal, banners and drums back in stadiums

Throughout the afternoon of this Thursday, October 23, the main Corinthians supporters’ groups (Gaviões da Fiel, Estopim da Fiel, Camisa 12, Pavilhão Nove, Coringão Choop, and Fiel Macabra) gathered at the headquarters of the São Paulo State Public Prosecutor’s Office (MP-SP) with state authorities and signed the TAC (Conduct Adjustment Agreement).

The agreement authorizes the main Corinthians supporters’ groups to once again use banners and instruments in stadiums. It is worth remembering that the organized groups have been prohibited from using such items at Corinthians matches since the end of March 2025, when flares and fireworks were used during stoppage time in the final of the Paulista Championship, against Palmeiras, in Itaquera.

In a statement, Gaviões da Fiel announced they are only waiting for an official letter from the São Paulo Football Federation (FPF) to officially confirm the return of banners and instruments to the stands at Neo Química Arena and other stadiums across Brazil. The statement also emphasizes that “This agreement represents an important step forward in the dialogue between institutions and organized supporters’ groups, reaffirming the commitment to mutual respect and the appreciation of popular expression in football.”

At the document signing meeting, in addition to the supporters’ groups, the following were present: Dr. Daniela Hashimoto (Prosecutor), Dr. Cesar Saad (3rd Prosecutor of the Central Criminal Special Court and the Fan Defense Annex), Lieutenant Colonel Syllas Jadach Oliveira Lima (Chief of the Police Department for the Repression of Sports Intolerance Crimes – DRADE), Mascarenhas de Moraes (Commander of the 2nd Shock Police Battalion), 2nd Major Arcanjo, and Major Záccaro.

CORINTHIANS SUPPORTERS’ GROUPS SIGN TAC AND PREPARE TO RETURN TO THE STADIUMS

On the afternoon of this Thursday (23rd), the organized supporters’ groups Gaviões da Fiel, Camisa 12, Pavilhão 9, Estopim da Fiel, Coringão Chopp, and Fiel Macabra, accompanied by Gaviões’ lawyer, Dr. Edson Roberto Baptista de Oliveira, met at the headquarters of the São Paulo State Public Prosecutor’s Office with Prosecutor Dr. Daniela Hashimoto, the 3rd Prosecutor of the Central Criminal Special Court and the Fan Defense Annex, Dr. Cesar Saad, the Chief of the Police Department for the Repression of Sports Intolerance Crimes – DRADE, Lieutenant Colonel Syllas Jadach Oliveira Lima, the Commander of the 2nd Shock Police Battalion, Marshal Mascarenhas de Moraes, 2nd Major Arcanjo, and Major Záccaro.

During the meeting, a Conduct Adjustment Agreement (TAC) was signed, authorizing the return of organized supporters’ groups with banners and instruments to the stadiums. This achievement strengthens the culture of the stands and the support of the fans for our Glorious Corinthians, respecting the legal and safety parameters defined by the competent authorities.

At this moment, we are awaiting the official letter from the São Paulo Football Federation so we can officially return to the stadiums with our materials.

This agreement represents an important step forward in the dialogue between institutions and organized supporters’ groups, reaffirming the commitment to mutual respect and the appreciation of popular expression in football.

Faithful Supporters, we will return in our usual way: with heavy rhythm for the full 90 minutes, supporting Coringão non-stop as we always have. And now, with our shirts, banners, and instruments that make all the difference in the party on the stands.

We are in the final stretch of the Brasileirão and with the Copa do Brasil semifinal knocking at the door. There are no more excuses, it’s time to make the stands throb with full pressure to lead Corinthians to victory in every match. It’s the opponent who trembles. We are the ones who make history.
