Corinthians will hold a General Assembly on the 20th at Parque São Jorge to vote on Statute reforms. Voting uses printed ballots from nine to 17, with 11 questions.

According to Meu Timao, eligible are members aged 18 or over with five or more years’ membership and fees paid, plus paid-up members who joined by eight May under a court injunction.

Question one seeks overall approval of the base reform text. Passing it would overturn the Conselho Deliberativo’s 29 April rejection, while defeat keeps the current Statute and adds any highlights approved by the Assembly.

Question two asks whether to give the Associado de Futebol, Fiel Torcedor, a vote only for the board. Question three proposes reducing the Conselho Deliberativo to 150 elected and 50 lifetime members, not 200 and 100. Question four considers switching from the slate system, chapinhas, to individual voting.

Questions five to seven address cutting the voting qualification to three years or keeping five, adopting two rounds for the board election or retaining one, and electing all 11 members of the Conselho de Ética by the Assembleia Geral or leaving selection to the CD.

Questions eight to 10 cover enforcing CD administrative independence or keeping other bodies financially dependent on management, limiting Cori’s ex officio seats to the last five presidents of the CD and the board or keeping all former presidents, and making financial statements quarterly or keeping them monthly.

Question 11 sets a transitional rule for vacancies before the 2026 election. Approval would allow president Osmar Stabile to seek re-election, rejection would bar his candidacy.
