The City trio all played significant roles in the course of a crucial month that saw Pep Guardiola’s win all five of our fixtures across the Premier League and FA Cup.

The poll is now open – but which player will receive your vote?

Bernardo Silva

The City skipper was once again at his dynamic, inspiring best across the most important calendar month of the season yet.

The Portuguese midfielder’s class, composure, supreme reading of the game and elite technical quality again helped City navigate a series of demanding, high-profile fixtures.

Bernardo it was who again led by example in helping drive Pep Guardiola’s side to a huge 2-1 home league win against title rivals Arsenal alongside important away wins at Chelsea and Burnley

Meanwhile, the 31-year-old was equally instrumental as City powered to a record-breaking fourth successive FA Cup final appearance as the Blues first demolished Liverpool 4-0 in the quarter-finals and then came from behind to defeat Southampton 2-1 in the semi-final.

Abdukodir Khusanov

Winner of the March Etihad Player of the Month award, our Uzbek central defender maintained his magnificent form with another series of stand-out performances.

Khusanov’s pace, power and aggression once more proved key components at the heart of the City defence.

Meanwhile the 21-year-old also further demonstrated his fine vision, excellent passing range and big game pedigree.

A player of the match display in what was a crucial and hard-fought 1-0 league win away at Burnley epitomised just how much Khusanov has brought to the side.

Nico O’Reilly

Another of Guardiola’s outstanding young talents, the Academy graduate further consolidated what has been a stellar season for the 21-year-old across April.

Nico’s early second half header it was that sparked a magnificent 3-0 league win away at Chelsea.

The England international then followed that up by producing a player of the match performance in that key 2-1 victory against Arsenal.

Meanwhile, O’Reilly also again demonstrated his adaptability by performing with great distinction both in midfield and at left back.

Three compelling April candidates then – but which one gets your vote?

The poll is open now and you can cast your vote below.

We will announce the winner later this week.
