Victor Osimhen scored his sixth goal of the season in the Super Lig during Galatasaray's emphatic away win over Antalyaspor (4-1) on Saturday, December 13, 2025. The Nigerian striker netted his team's third goal in the 56th minute.

Osimhen finishes the 2025 calendar year on a high with Galatasaray before leaving Istanbul to join the Nigeria national team ahead of AFCON 2025 in Morocco. The 26-year-old made his mark for the Turkish champions against Antalyaspor. Galatasaray opened the scoring after just seven minutes thanks to Leroy Sané. Four minutes later, Roland Sallai doubled the lead.

The visitors dominated the first half from start to finish. Antalyaspor tried to hold their ground but were overwhelmed by the intensity and technical quality of the Yellow and Reds. After the break, Victor Osimhen ended any hopes of a comeback. In the 56th minute, the Nigerian international received a pinpoint pass from Yunus Akgün on the left flank. He accelerated before unleashing a powerful shot from a tight angle. The ball found the back of the net, making it 3-0.

Mauro Icardi, who came off the bench, put the game beyond doubt in stoppage time. The Argentine striker scored his side's fourth goal (90+3) after a slick combination with Leroy Sané. This victory allows Galatasaray to strengthen their grip on top spot with 39 points after 16 matches, while Victor Osimhen now has 6 goals in 12 appearances.
