Olympique de Marseille marked Roberto De Zerbi’s mid-season departure with a terse “Grazie, Roberto” and a tribute video posted on X on Wednesday.
The post followed a very late statement confirming the Italian’s exit, arriving 15 hours after that announcement.

The video shows scenes from inside the dressing room with De Zerbi addressing his squad. His words are not heard, they are subtitled and set to background music, including a line about a city that lives only for football.
