Harry Kane does not want to use his release clause

Harry Kane could leave Bayern Munich next summer for €65 million by activating his release clause. However, according to Bild’s Bayern Insider podcast, the 32-year-old English striker does not plan to do so.

He wants to stay in Munich beyond this season. His current contract runs until 2027 and could even be extended, as recently mentioned by sporting director Max Eberl. Kane remains a key player and has evolved from a pure goalscorer into a more versatile center-forward, capable of occupying several attacking roles.

FC Barcelona is reportedly interested in him as a possible successor to Lewandowski, but the chances appear slim given his current plans. Kane has yet to discuss his future with the club, and no final decision has been made regarding the length of his stay in Munich.
