So far, a number of prominent figures from both Inter and Milan have testified as part of an investigation into the two clubs’ ultras.

Nerazzurri coach Simone Inzaghi and Vice-President Javier Zanetti has both spoken to investigators.

This has been aimed at shedding light on the kind of relationship that major figures at the club have had with the Curva Nord ultras group.

Meanwhile, earlier this week, Inter midfielder Hakan Calhanoglu also gave his testimony.

And AC Milan captain Davide Calabria also spoke with prosecutors. This was regarding his contacts with Rossoneri ultras group the Curva Sud.

Inter & AC Milan Club Directors To Speak To Prosecutors In Ultras Investigation

The purpose of the interviews so far has been to try and determine the nature of contacts between ultras and official members of Inter and Milan.

Prosecutors have not alleged that the clubs have participated in any illegal activities.

However, the investigators are looking to determine whether the Nord and Sud ultras have used pressure tactics in their interactions with the clubs.

Investigators are also considering whether the clubs have facilitated any of the ultras’ activities through inaction or neglect.

And the prosecutors aren’t done collecting testimony.

According to Tuttosport, next week investigators will speak to club directors at Inter Milan.

The newspaper anticipates that Inter head of security Gianluca Cameruccio will testify. As will his deputies Massimiliano Silva and Claudio Sala.

Meanwhile, Inter President Beppe Marotta and AC Milan President Paolo Scaroni will also speak to investigators.

Then, that may not be it. Tuttosport also report that Inter and Milan CEOs Alessandro Antonello and Giorgio Furlani could also testify.
