The FPF Arbitration Council announced this Thursday the appointments for the 7th round of the Liga Betclic. Among these choices, the high probability stands out that Luís Godinho will be the one selected for the classic between FC Porto and Benfica in the 8th round.

Fábio Veríssimo has now been assigned to Arouca-FC Porto and João Gonçalves to Benfica-Gil Vicente, meaning that neither of them will be able to referee the Dragons or the Eagles in the following round. With João Pinheiro at the U-20 World Cup, the referees with the highest status considered for a match of this magnitude are Luís Godinho (who will be at Estoril-Sporting) and, as an alternative, António Nobre.
