Few teams have dominated the UEFA Women’s Champions League in the last 10 years quite like OL Lyonnes.

The eight-time champions last lifted the trophy in 2022 but reached the final as recently as 2024.
Wendie Renard has long been synonymous with the competition, but her club and country teammate Selma Bacha has now surpassed the defender to become the youngest player to reach 60 appearances in the tournament.
Bacha, who turned 25 just days ago, broke into Lyon’s first team at the age of 17 and started the 2018 UWCL final against Wolfsburg - a match the French side won 4-1.
The left-back marked her 60th appearance in style, assisting Ada Hegerberg for Lyon’s second goal of the night against Wolfsburg as the new league phase of the competition continues.
Just how far can Lyon go in this year’s edition?
