Benjamin Sesko returns to Manchester United’s starting XI to face Crystal Palace at Old Trafford today. According to The Standard, Lisandro Martinez remains out, while Michael Carrick refreshes his attack.

Sesko scored the winner on Monday night as United beat Everton to move back into the top four and extend their unbeaten Premier League run to 10 matches. The Slovenia striker needed only 13 minutes to settle it at the Hill Dickinson Stadium after replacing Amad Diallo shortly after the hour.

It made three goals in his last four outings, all significant. He now gets the chance to impress from the off, and Bryan Mbeumo shifts to the right after hobbling off against Everton.

Carrick has played down the severity of Martinez’s issue but the defender misses out again. Leny Yoro and Harry Maguire continue together at centre-back as United chase their first consecutive clean sheets of the season.
