Marseille climb to third as Greenwood creates two goals

Marseille's 3-1 win over Metz at the Vélodrome on Friday lifts the hosts from fourth to third in Ligue 1, with Mason Greenwood supplying two assists.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang opened the scoring in the 13th minute, rifling Greenwood's breakaway pass into the top corner.
After the restart, Igor Paixão doubled the lead with a low strike from outside the box (48.), before Georgii Tsitaishvili quickly replied from the left after Gauthier Hein's headed lay-off (49.).
Substitute Hamed Junior Traoré settled it in the third minute of second half stoppage time, finishing calmly from Amine Gouiri's pass.
Before the break, Hein struck the post. Pape Sy made six saves for Metz as Les Phocéens registered nine shots on target from 18 attempts. Metz mustered two efforts on target from six attempts.
Next, Les Phocéens visit Lorient. Metz host Paris FC.
