As of today, 23 teams have secured their spots in the round of 16 at the FIFA U17 World Cup, currently taking place in Qatar and featuring a historic participation of 48 nations.

The African continent is shining on the global stage, with six squads already guaranteed a place in the next round: South Africa, Zambia, Senegal, Tunisia, Morocco, and Egypt.

The other qualified teams include: Portugal, Argentina, Italy, Brazil, Austria, United States, Republic of Ireland, Belgium, Japan, Croatia, Venezuela, Switzerland, South Korea, North Korea, Colombia, Germany, and England.

As a reminder, the top two teams from each group, along with the eight best third-placed teams, advance to the next stage.
