Eduardo Camavinga returned to Real Madrid midway through the recent international break after training away from the national team squad with a niggle.
He has been deemed fit to take part in the game against Elche and is even expected to start, especially with Aurelien Tchouameni injured.
Considering that he has not enjoyed much prominence this season, it is set to be a massive game for the Frenchman as he will look to impress the manager with his performance.
As relayed by AS, there is only one way that can happen.
Over the years, Camavinga has been Real Madrid’s most versatile profile, and his ability to play in multiple positions has helped him see regular minutes albeit in different positions.
The same versatility, however, prevented him from highlighting a niche of his and he now stares at a situation where it is unclear as to which department hold the key to his future.

As relayed by the outlet, Alonso has no doubts that the defensive midfield is the department where Camavinga must shine in order to make a name for himself in the squad, especially given how overloaded the rest of the midfield is.
The big test awaiting Camavinga later tonight will revolve around how he morphs himself to play as Real Madrid’s backbone in the middle of the park.
He is not adept at playing in the position, but he is forced to do so if he wishes to succeed at the club.
As it stands, Los Blancos have no like-for-like replacement for Tchouameni, and Alonso sees that void to be precisely the one Camavinga can fill.
As a result, Camavinga must adapt and prove to the coach that he can do so, for the club will go after a new signing if he cannot.
