A member of the attacking ranks at La Liga giants Real Madrid this week levelled the goals tally of club icon Gareth Bale.

The player in question? Vinícius Jr.

Wide-man Vinícius was for his part in from the off once more for Real Madrid in the early hours of Friday.

This came upon Los Blancos locking horns with RB Salzburg in their final group stage outing at the FIFA Club World Cup.

And the Brazilian ultimately went on to prove himself the star of the show.

And as alluded to above, in the process, the 24-year-old secured for himself noteworthy piece of history in Spain’s capital.

As confirmed by a number of sources online, Vinícius has now managed the same number of goals (106) in the colours of Real Madrid as former Blancos standout Gareth Bale.
