One Chelsea player has put out an emotional response to a dire performance by him and his players last night.

The Blues played in the 5.30pm Premier League kick off game against Manchester United and ended up losing 2-1 against a side who have been badly struggling of late and have a manager under immense pressure.

EXCLUSIVE! Chelsea thinking about selling new signing who’s not even arrived yet in favour of another new arrival!!

Chelsea put themselves in trouble after just five minutes when goalkeeper Robert Sanchez made a terrible decision and got sent off.

United then went on to score a couple of goals before they saw a player get sent off themselves as well for two yellow cards. Many felt that it was a good chance then for Chelsea to get back into it.

They did manage to get a goal back with Trevoh Chalobah scoring a header but it ended up not being enough to try and grab a point, and The Blues lost the game against a team they should be beating, a team who have been down and out lately.

Trevoh Chalobah, who scored the goal to see Chelsea try and get back in it, has apologised to the fans in an emotional response to the defeat.

The defender told the Chelsea website:

“I want to say sorry to the fans, that’s not the level we want to be showing, we’ve got to take responsibility as men, the last 6 months is gone and now there’s going to be a lot of pressure on us, we need to show in these types of games why we should be competing with the best.

“When you go 2-0 down in any game it’s tough, Bayern and now today, we need to start games properly, on the front foot, we need to learn, it’s a long season so we can’t dwell on it but we need to learn.”
