The final list of teams qualified for the round of 16 of the U17 World Cup will be revealed on Tuesday, following the last group stage matches.

While we await the fate of Burkina Faso, Uganda, and Mali, six African teams have already punched their ticket to the U17 World Cup knockout stage.

These teams are South Africa, Morocco, Senegal, Tunisia, Egypt, and Zambia.

Ivory Coast was the only side to falter in the tournament, finishing last in their group after losing all three matches.

Alongside the six African representatives, several other teams have secured their place in the U17 World Cup round of 16, including Italy, Japan, Portugal, Croatia, Argentina, Belgium, Venezuela, England, Switzerland, South Korea, Germany, North Korea, Colombia, Brazil, the United States, Ireland, Uzbekistan, France, Croatia, and Austria.
