Aston Villa midfielder Morgan Rogers has said he has learned to ignore the noise of transfer speculation.
Rogers has been linked with a move away from Aston Villa this summer, following an outstanding campaign at Villa Park.
The 23-year-old scored 14 goals in all competitions and assisted 11 more, as Unai Emery's side secured a top-four finish in thePremier League and Europa League success.
Manchester United have been heavily linked with signing the England international, while Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, and Paris Saint-Germain have all been named as suitors. Aston Villa are understood to value Rogers at upwards of £80m.
Rogers is with the England squad preparing for this summer's World Cup, and has insisted that he will block out external noise around his future.
The midfielder admitted that he has been distracted by past rumours, but has learned to deal with the transfer speculation as he has matured.
"I think the first time it ever happened it was," Rogers told theRest Is Football Podcast when asked if transfer speculation had been a distraction.
"You’re in an uncomfortable spot of not realising that people have so much interest in you and you’re not quite realising that.
"But as you get older and gain experience along the way, you know that comes with it and 95 per cent of it is just noise.
"You hear it, course you do. You can’t help not [hearing it]. You know it’s there but you’ve got to use it in a positive way.
