Adidas highlights Flamengo alone in global 2026/27 kit campaign | OneFootball

Adidas has positioned Flamengo as Brazil’s sole representative in its 2026/27 kit launch, alongside European heavyweights such as Real Madrid.

According to Coluna Do Fla, Cruzeiro and Internacional, the brand’s other Brazilian partners, were omitted. Arrascaeta fronts Flamengo’s role in the campaign, appearing with Messi and Bellingham.

The post said they were back for a new season with the same love for the game, and tagged those featured. Flamengo’s official account replied with an enthusiastic message.

While the Brazilian season is at its midpoint, Europe is only just starting. La Liga began its first round on Saturday 15.

There is a rumour that Palmeiras could agree a future deal with the German manufacturer when its contract with Puma ends in 2028, although there is also talk of concern within the club about sharing the same supplier as Flamengo.

Flamengo and Adidas have partnered twice, first from 1980 to 1992 in the Zico era, then again from May 2013 to the present.
